PODGORICA (Montenegro), April 29 (SeeNews) – Montenegrin company Galaxy Europe, owned by Chinese investors, has started the construction of a hotel complex in Uskoci, near the Durmitor National Park, local media reported.
The project envisages the construction of a three-storey hotel with a floor area of 4,800 square metres and 40 villas on a land plot of 24,000 square metres, Montenegrin daily Vijesti reported earlier this week.
In April, Montenegro’s government issued an approval for the construction of a power substation, which was necessary to start works and supply electricity to the future tourist complex.
Galaxy Europe, based in Kotor, was established in October 2019, according to data published in Montenegro’s business register. The company’s capital is owned by four Chinese citizens – Jin Ying, Wu Qingmin, Wang Chong and Liu Chengdong.
